IsNet, founded in 1999 as a 100% investment of Turkiye Is Bankasi, one of the key conglomerates in Turkey, now provides national and international services on communication technologies to more than 800 firms thanks to its investments on developing technologies to meet customer needs.
IsNet, having served as an "Internet Service Provider" since 1999, obtained "Satellite Communication Operator" licence in 2002 and has become largest Turkish satellite operator with its double HUB station established in 2005. Doubling its growth rate each year in line with continuous investments, IsNet has started telephony services after obtaining "Fixed Telephony Service Operator" licence in 2004. On the other hand, IsNet provides its customers with all data services on its own backbone thanks to its "Landline Data Communication Services" licence obtained in 2004. In addition IsNet, has served data center services since 1999 and also received "Data Center License" in 2008.
IsNet, holding 5 different licences from Information and Communication Technologies Authority, is the only Next Generation Network (NGN) Telecom Operator that provides data and telephony services via both satellite and terrestrial lines in Turkey.
